Northwind needed a mobile banking app that felt as simple as checking a text message. We redesigned their account dashboard, transfers, and bill pay flows around the three things customers do most — check balances, move money, and pay bills — cutting the average task down to three taps

The result is an app that customers open more often and complain about less. Support tickets related to navigation dropped after launch, and the redesign became the template for Northwind’s future product updates.
